Nickel-Teflon coating machining process applied to screws and nuts



The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a nickel-Teflon coating machining process applied to screws and nuts. Nickel sulfate hexahydrate, sodium hypophosphite, polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion and a wetting agent are prepared into electrolyte. Screw and nut products prepared by means of the production process are good in abrasion and corrosion resistance and have weldability and hardenability, and no adverse influence is produced on the screw and nut products.
