Abstract

The invention discloses a gas recycling and cooling system of a biomass carbonization furnace. The gas recycling and cooling system comprises the biomass carbonization furnace; a combustion cavity with a nozzle is arranged in the furnace chamber of the biomass carbonization furnace; the bottom of the biomass carbonization furnace is provided with a cooling device used for cooling carbonized high-temperature biochar in the furnace chamber of the biomass carbonization furnace; a gas outlet located in the top of the biomass carbonization furnace is connected with a gas inlet of a gas purifying and cooling system through a gas channel; a gas outlet of the gas purifying and cooling system is connected with a gas inlet of the nozzle and a gas inlet of the cooling device through a conveyer pipeline; and the conveyer pipeline is provided with a blower fan, and under the driving of the blower fan, purified and cooled gas output from the gas outlet of the gas purifying and cooling system is conveyed to the gas inlet of the nozzle and the gas inlet of the cooling device through the conveyer pipeline. The gas recycling and cooling system provided by the invention is capable of recycling mixed gas discharged from the biomass carbonization furnace, reducing energy consumption and highly-efficiently cooling the high-temperature biochar.
本发明公开了一种生物质碳化炉中的气体回用冷却系统,包括:生物质碳化炉,在生物质碳化炉炉腔中设置有带喷嘴的燃烧腔室,在生物质碳化炉炉腔底部设置有对生物质碳化炉炉腔内碳化后的高温生物碳进行冷却的冷却装置,生物质碳化炉顶部的气体出口通过气体通道与气体净化冷却系统的进气口相连接,气体净化冷却系统的出气口通过输送管路分别与喷嘴的进气口及冷却装置的进气口相连接;在输送管路上还设置有风机,在风机的驱动下,从气体净化冷却系统的出气口输出的净化、冷却后的气体通过输送管路被输送至喷嘴的进气口和冷却装置的进气口中。本发明的优点是:能回收利用生物质碳化炉内排出的混合气体、降低能耗,并能高效冷却高温生物碳。
