A programmable controller, a man-machine interface, a GSM industrial mobile phone module, a signal conversion module, a relay and a control button are arranged inside the microcomputer control box; the man-machine interface, the control button, and the detection module are connected with an input terminal of the programmable controller; the GSM industrial mobile phone module is connected with the programmable controller by the signal conversion module; and the output terminal of the programmable controller is connected with the driving module by the relay. According to the invention, on the basis of real-time detection of a temperature inside a greenhouse, advantages of real-time mobile phone monitoring, low cost, high automation degree, and stable performance can be realized.
