Abstract

The invention discloses an overheating fault early warning method and system for a dry-type air-core reactor. The method includes the steps that the content value of characteristic gas generated by overheating of the dry-type air-core reactor is monitored through a gas sensor; the monitored characteristic gas content value passes through an A/D converting unit and then is transmitted to a data transmission unit, the data transmission unit sends characteristic gas content value signals in a wireless signal mode, the signals are received by a data receiving unit, and the received wireless signals are treated by a background server and then displayed on a remote client terminal screen; meanwhile, a remote client terminal enables the characteristic gas content value to be compared with a set threshold value, and when the characteristic gas content value exceeds the set threshold value, the remote client terminal gives out an alarm instruction to control an alarm device to give an alarm. Real-time online monitoring can be conducted, and higher accuracy and precision are achieved, so that the loss of an electric power system is effectively reduced.
一种干式空心电抗器过热故障预警的方法及其系统,通过气体传感器对干式空心电抗器过热产生的特征气体含量值进行监测,监测到的特征气体含量值通过A/D转换单元以后传输至数据传输单元,数据传输单元将特征气体含量值信号以无线信号的形式发送被数据接收单元接收,接收到的无线信号经过后台服务器处理后在远程客户端屏幕上显示,同时远程客户端将特征气体含量值与设定的阈值相比较,当特征气体含量值超过设定阈值时,远程客户端发出报警指令控制报警装置报警;能够进行实时在线监测并具有更高的准确性和精确性,从而有效减少电力系统的损失。
