Abstract

本发明公开了一种纳米珠光体钢,其包含的组分及重量百分比为:C:0.41-0.80%,Si:0.3-1.2%,Mn:1.8-3.1%,Al:2.9-6.8%,P≤0.01%,S≤0.01%,其余为Fe。本发明还公开了其制备方法:首先将钢迅速加热到奥氏体化温度等温,使钢件充分奥氏体化;再将钢件快速冷却至550~650℃之间等温,然后进行慢速变形,形变量为10-60%,变形完后再继续进行等温5-20min;最后通过空冷或喷水冷却到室温,在室温获得纳米级的珠光体显微组织。本发明碳含量有较大幅度降低,提高可焊性和冲击韧性而且也会缩短处理周期;钢中添加的合金元素价格低廉,降低了成本。
The invention discloses a nanometer pearlite steel. The anometer pearlite steel comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.41 to 0.80 percent of C, 0.3 to 1.2 percent of Si, 1.8 to 3.1 percent of Mn, 2.9 to 6.8 percent of Al, 0.01 or more than 0.01 percent of P, 0.01 or less than 0.01 percent of S, and the balance of Fe. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the nanometer pearlite steel, the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, heating steel quickly to an austenitizing temperature for isothermality, so as to enable a steel piece to be fully austenitized; then quickly cooling the steel piece to a temperature of 550 to 650 DEG C for isothermality, and then carrying out low speed deformation, wherein the deformation quantity is 10 to 60 percent, and after the deformation, continuously carrying out isothermality for 5 to 20 min; and finally, cooling to a room temperature through air cooling or water spraying cooling, and obtaining a nanometer pearlite microscopic structure at the room temperature. The carbon content of the nanometer pearlite steel is lowered greatly, the weldability and the impact toughness are improved, and the processing period is shortened; and the prices of alloying elements added in the steel are low and the cost is lowered.
