Abstract

The invention relates to an unattended intelligent parking management system in an open area. The system comprises a buried intelligent photographing and sensing terminal, a cloud processing platform and a user terminal; the buried intelligent photographing and sensing terminal comprises a superconductive induction module, a supersonic induction module, a vehicle electronic label identification module, an electronic license plate sensing module, a shooting module and an information emission module; the cloud processing platform comprises an information transmission module, a parking stall vacancy information determining and positioning module, an image processing module, a timing module, an order generation module, a payment module, an information storage module and a big data processing module, and the big data processing module is used to arrange and calculate habits and information of users; and the user terminal includes an information reception and sending module. The system and method provided by the invention can prevent vehicles from leaving a parking lot without payment and can effectively guide parking in the open area.
本发明一种开放区域无人值守的智能停车管理系统,包括地埋式智能摄录感知终端、云处理平台和用户终端,所述的地埋式智能摄录感知终端包括超导感应模块、超声感应模块、车辆电子标签识别模块、电子车牌感应模块、摄像拍照模块和信息发射模块;所述的云处理平台包括信息传输模块、车位空缺信息判断及定位模块、图像处理模块、计时模块、订单生成模块、支付模块、信息存储模块和大数据处理模块;所述的大数据处理模块用于对用户习惯和用户信息的统计整理;所述的用户终端包含了信息接收和发送模块,提供了一种杜绝跑冒滴漏现象、实时高效停车诱导开放区域无人值守的智能停车管理系统和方法。
